Its four-tiered structure features sweeping terraces with panoramic views of downtown San Antonio, offering attractive outdoor amenity space. At the ground level, the transparent façade and active interior invite engagement, while large overhangs inspired by aeronautics reinforce the building’s forward-thinking identity. The two-story lobby, a transparent gateway element, connects plazas and facilitates campus-wide pedestrian flow, enhancing accessibility and openness. The site design aligns with Port SA’s master plan, transforming Billy Mitchell Boulevard into a linear park and emphasizing pedestrian-friendly spaces. It incorporates angular geometries and native landscaping to support sustainability and host community events. Shaded seating, café terraces, and walkways foster social interaction and comfort, with shade provided by mature trees and architectural elements like cantilevered decks and umbrellas. Connectivity is a key feature, with escalators and a grand staircase linking the lobby to a second-level, housing wellness and conference amenities.
