Nestled between Rattlesnake Bluff and Lake Pepin, part of the Mississippi River, this new modern home reflects a unique spirit of place. Informed by the wild beauty of the site, the home exists quietly between land and water. Designed with a focus on the lake and river, two wings occupy the edges of the site while roof overhangs create spaces that blend indoors and out, offering breathtaking views through the spaces and beyond.
When the clients discovered a stunning piece of property between Rattlesnake Bluff and Lake Pepin, part of the Mississippi River that winds through Minnesota, they commissioned the architecture firm to design a new modern home to reflect the unique spirit of place.
