Overview
A full gut-rehab project of an existing1970’s post-modern split-level home with a drab exterior and boxy, confined interior spaces. The homeowners requested an update with a more open feel to the interior, an increase of natural daylight, better access to views of the adjacent ravine and Lake Michigan beyond. With young children, and pets inhabiting this home with the homeowners, every square foot of this residence will be utilized for modern family living and entertaining.
